They are making a massive effort to increase shareholder turn-out which has reached historic lows due to disengagement.... yes clearwater (a private familiy shop) owns 10% plus. look at sherritt on sedar at beggining of March.... No, at present, they do not have an activist agenda...

There are some excellent, thought provoking comments. But context is always nice. And I couldn't figure it out.

Could the vote margin really be so slim that the call was warranted?
