China and Russia did not seize American owned property and businesses then open their prisons to send them to USA. If you've ever been to Cuba you'd have seen the same cars that were there when Fidel took over. You'd also see poverty and a lack of goods. So yes, the biggest economy in the world doesn't trade with Cuba 90 miles away.
