RE:RE:Mergers & Acquisitions from the past- Clearwater

RE:RE:Mergers & Acquisitions from the past- ClearwaterI hope I haven't put you out. I did my own due diligence on the answer to my question regarding rhe fate of the common shareholders in that re-structuring.  Here is what the Globe and Mail said about this on March 3, 2006.

"Stelco Inc. said Friday it's confident that its court-supervised restructuring will be completed by the end of March and it will seek the delisting of its current common stock March 10.Current shares will become worthless once the restructuring is completed, since the legally insolvent Hamilton steel maker's assets aren't sufficient to repay its creditors in full.Once the restructuring is complete, Stelco expects to issue new shares."

Here is a link to the complete article. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/stelco-to-delist-shares/article1095949/

As you seem to like to post data points about Sherritt regularly perhaps you could post Level 2 markets? On the hour and every 15 minutes would be really useful.
