RE:RE:Seabridge vs Tudor

RE:RE:Seabridge vs TudorUnfortunately that is reality in Canada, it takes 20 years to develop the project from discovery to production. The major obstacle is permitting, environmental assessment etc. I have seen many great projects that did not go anywhere because of permitting. KSM is fully permitted and ready for construction. Treaty Creek still long way to go , first PEA - 1 year, then PFS - 2 years, Environmental Baseline Studies - 2 years, Environmental Impact Assessment - minimum 5 years with federal approval. In the meantime corrections , revisions, etc.   We are looking another 10 years before this project may see daylight and this is very optimistic scenario.
