RE:RE:Simple fact gagnon is a micromanager, this clearly evident in his inability to move things forward in a timely manner. gagnon is not a business man, a business would have taken the ball and run realizing that there maybe times when adjustments are necessary but is not scared away.
We were at the point 3 years ago were we need a business manager to take us to the next level. gagnon May have tried to hire such but his micromanagement characteristics will not allow the business people to move us to the next level.
it may be too late but gagnon needs to go as we have already missed the boat thanks to gagnon.
