BTB catching a bid after distribution security

and good leasing. lower borrowing costs. if btb reit which is a lower tier diversified reit with higher weighting to office than artis can bounce, so reason we shouldn't.

overall good news. good to see it catch a bid. crazy to see yields like 9, 10, 11%.

artis should be bid down to 6-7% yield. this is ridiculous.
