RE:Slowly regressing towards present valueMr. Nazarpour &Co simply need to deliver.
Deliver adjusted positive EBITDA financial figures today following market close.
Soroush Nazarpour &Co can simply start there.
Additionally, during the conference call Thursday morning, Soroush Nazarpour &Co would do well to take the opportunity to thoroughly and satisfactorily explain why Martinrea International was paid likely closer to 10x what Martinrea International invested in NanoXplore's for now 100% owned VoltaXplore enterprise.
Like many others I suspect, should I not appreciate the specific answer to such a question (and there better be such a question and the satisfactory answer to such a question), I would most seriously consider dumping my entire equity position here with NanoXplore, at a sizable loss I'll add, for the next two years and perhaps circle back to NanoXplore much later. We'll see
After all, existing NanoXplore investors have plenty of other serious options for greater share appreciation, in terms of where else to keep what presently remains of thier invested capital for the next two to three years.
Keep in mind many would have already noted that Nano One Materials Inc is being shaped up to be a runner and a equities market stunner during the nearer term.
You would do well to deliver Mr. Soroush Nazarpour; and I don't mean massive material NanoXplore "minority" shareholders dilution either Mr. Nazarpour.
You, Will101, went on to state "But Soroush is rationnal and conservative, he won't risk a >50m$+ stock ownership in GRA pursuing a risky bet. So, we shareholders are left with the 5 year plan, which will result in steady if not impressive sales growth, and the stock will gradually build into its future value, wich will depend on the metrics at that time."
Are you, Will101, suggesting that the recently confirmed as a "FID Go" VoltaXplore 2GWh graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility enterprise is now completely dead in the water? Is that what you mean when stating "Soroush is rationnal and conservative, he won't risk a >50m$+ stock ownership in GRA pursuing a risky bet"?
Is that what you meant to convey when you stated "So, we shareholders are left with the 5 year plan, which will result in steady if not impressive sales growth, and the stock will gradually build into its future value, wich will depend on the metrics at that time"?
Finally, I noted you stated "I still hold my shares, will be patient, and hope that somthing will happen eventually with VoltaXplore, because it is our only hope IMHO to see a sudden increase in the stock price."
Pray tell. Should Mr. Nazarpour & Co both fail tomorrow at posting anything less than stellar revenues figures and markedly improved adjusted positive EBITDA and also fail at doing precisely what was told to NanoXplore shareholders would be done within this two month period, do you actually believe your estimated present value of "around 3 to 4 times sales" valuation for the NanoXplore share price would hold?
Your proposed "maximum valutaion" would disappear quicker than a ff art in the wind Will101.
The share price would be made to collapse again down to and perhaps crash below $2.15
