The goal is not cash flow positive. It is EBITDA (only for ITS). They must have given up on WiLan. Yikes.

Ultimately, as stated on our year-end conference call, we believe that 2023 will see positive Adjusted EBITDA for the ITS business, inclusive of corporate segment costs
