My valuation is post IPO relative to when Persistence is diluted and when we will own 52.9% of the asset base of the currently producing mines.
Who gives a flying F about the past two yesrs.
Investing is all about future capital gains.
No one will buy Persistence IPO shares and hold them 6 months when, if MJS shares are much cheaper , they can buy cheap MJS shares and trade them right away at a much lower price.
So, as stated, MJS shares will have to move above the convertible price of Persistence shares once the prospectus is published .
That Prospectus Process will start before Persistence is listed and become live once the listing is approved .
They don't have much left to respond to so we should see approval in this phase.
In the meantime, development activities involved in expanding the SJ mine in size , grade and production is proceeding which will boost the share price.
So we are ideally situated to see what we expect to see....a progressive increase in our share price commensurate with development gains and the essentiality of having MJS share price not competing with the IPO Price of Persistence
