If WTI is 75, and the differential is $25, that means WCS is $50. If the differential drops to $15, WCS raises to $60 if WTI remains unchanged. That's a 20% improvement in revenue for producers selling at WCS. When transmountain kicks in and we can sell wcs overseas instead of all going to the USA, the spread may drop to ZERO. Even better.
