Institutions own 21.38% of the outstanding shares, if the $1.35 is breached then we could see all these institutions running for the exit. That is aprox 110 million shares. The only way to tell if this is happening is by the daily trading volumes, watch for a spike of trading for a substantial period of time if they start to run for the hills.
