RE:Tier II manipulationAgree, seems like it has been happening for a while. Regardless of volume, price may rise a bit, but then gets sold back down. Someone doesn't want it to rise. They also don't want it to tank. Just want to keep it right around where it is. But why? Is it about visuals/negotiations...harder to command $8/share or whatever for company trading in $0.30 - $0.40 range vs $2 - $3 range. Current price should be mostly irreleavant, but why else? Large shareholder(s) needing cash and/or have lost hope, so they're unloading when volume permits. Whatever it is, bit annoying watching it day after day, always eager sellers to keep price where it is. Come on big news!
