RE:News release Well...I read it twice,the rirst time early and now late.  Both times I was positive.  

Let's look at this.  First,the appointment of auditors.   Why?  It's not a bankruptcy!  Auditors make the company inventory to cash.

Next...%10 stock plan(yes the last one was a flop but I might suggest a controll issue about the stock/company) .

Withdraw debt agreement...wow!  Is it because it would be "insider trading"?  The halt for so long made me wonder...

Now...review process...stand alone,merger or STRATEGIC alternatives. 

Well,girls,I think this is a positive though less informative(stay tight to your chest)report though look at all the things they must have had(rules)to say.

I'm carefully excited.  And...then,we wait.
