As usual, these press releases tell us just enough to more nervous than excited and thus the markets reaction or lack thereof.
I don't foresee any M&A activity pertaining to this part of EXRO during that period simply because the numbers aren't there yet. One reason for that is US energy industry isn't really sure where they are going to get the electricity to keep these ESS installations charged!
Having said that, should they be approached by interested party during the exclusivity period that is large enough and has international footprint, I think ReBuild would be happy to add them to their dance card for the remainder of the exclusivity period and perhaps beyond, particularly if they providing a quality product!
What I didn't read EXPLICITLY in the press release is whether the exclusive is mutual. In other words, Can ReBuild support more than one ESS technology provider throughout the term of the agreement.
