Watch & LEARN......This HUGE drop over the past few days, weeks......are the "HC insiders" and their respective brokers walking down the stock "purposely" so the company is able to "close" that "suspect" Private Placement announced over a month ago LOL. Which was probably flagged AND placed on "stand bye (aka as denied!!) by the OSC. Don't you guys just luv the scheming and the behind the scenes boiler room drama in these VERY speculative OTC stocks??? LOL
Now, since the PP was at ~$1 and the stock is now ttrading within that range, that "suspect PP" can NOW close as is, as announced. That PP never closed becuase the mafrket regulators did not accpet the deal as is, with a PP of about $1 being announced when the stock was trading a more than 3X that LOL. What a surprise that the oversight committee is actual doing its job! LOL
So look for an announcment by the company that the DEAL will close or has closed very soon, maybe even later today or next week. And i hope some of you fine gentleman & ladies listened AND DID NOT get caught in the hype, like lemmings, by FOMOing blindly in the hopes to make an easy buck without doing some DD.......Becuase if you did, well, you only have yourself to blame and no one else......
