Exronly, you speak in absolute terms that I am not comfortable with. Unless you know Sue better than everyone, you really don't know how she thinks. Unless you are an insider you don't know the competence level of the negotiators that crafted the agreement nor do you know anything about Darrell's competence unless you are his supervisor.
