You make a lot of valid points. Effectively, they're divesting the PNG business (for zero premium); we'll get a stock dividend and once privatized, we can look at it as another cash dividend to be received as PNG progresses; we will be at the mercy of the jokers running the show. Insofar as selling the stock of the privatized company, yes, it will be difficult if not impossible. I wonder what they'll do w/the monthly dividend of the remaining public company?

I guess there will be a lot of questions later on the CC.
