Grade 10 science was obviously not your forte but maybe thats not needed to be an expert in economics and government policy.

RNG facilities depend on there being a price for emmitting CO2 or methane - somethinjg like expensive water tratment plants requiring tax dollars to avoid sending sewage directly into the ocean.
