Just another in a series of weak press releases.  2 years of waiting yet still no financing for commercial facility. 
I thought heat expansion issues were resolved but apparently they we're not until just recently, what's up with that?......same talk over and over about interested parties yet no one signing on..   no volume and no interest.  NEO is what the stock price says it is...very disappointing
