RE:RE:RE:Notice of Meeting out today

Excellent. The company should be sending out a notice sometime this week if they have not already sent it out. Watch your mailboxes, if you get notices sent in the mail. If you get the circulars sent by email or online documents, check your documents when signed in to your app or online account where the shares are held. There is probably a link for documents, and you may have to look for it.

This is where you will find the control number that you will require to vote your shares. There may be a link to an online voting portal, something like proxyvote.com or voteproxyonline.com or investorvote.com - these are three that I have different Voting Instruction Forms (VIFs) for that are sitting on my desk right now. There may be more.

I am unsure which one will be the host for voting. Once I find out, I will let everyone know. It may also have something to do with the brokerage that you use as well.

Watch for it, you should have the VIF sometime this week if the geriatric ward at Lanesborough can get off the pot and do their job for once.
