RE:RE:thedave2006I have been trading full time since 1997 and this is a new one on me . They said it was voted for  but who woud vote for this ? Surely not the existing shareholders who should have been the only ones who had the right to vote . 

I doubt old management voted to tie up their shares up for 2 years then get 15 % every 3 months after that ?
