Usually see either one of the following 2 scenarios
Clients using it every so often (one per month or so)
Clients using it every 5 minutes (all the time regularly)
SAS model will well serve the clients who use once a month
The other is the Enterprise Model

Speed/time – the higher each of these the more expensive the subscription
 
Who are DM’s clients in the government?
