Bonterra Energy Corp. is a Canada-based conventional oil and gas company with operations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. The Company operates through development and production of oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin segment. Its operating areas include Pembina Cardium and other areas, which include Saskatchewan and Northeast British Columbia. The Company is focused on the development of the Pembina and Willesden Green Cardium lands within central Alberta. It has Shaunavon properties in the Chambery field, which produce medium density crude oil from the upper Shaunavon formation under waterflood. It also has assets in the Prespatou area of northeast British Columbia, which consists almost entirely of natural gas and associated natural gas liquids. It also has an undeveloped Charlie Lake asset that is prospective for light oil in Bonanza, Alberta. The Company has over 116 net sections of contiguous land in the light oil prone Charlie Lake.

RE:RE:Tough day...I do understand te results and thats the problem...rest of the market does as welll hence the current share price.

Not rude but look at it man but BNE needs high oil and gas prices in Q2 to FCF for the -35m in Q1.
BNE new wells decline fast and it is not good to have these oil and gas prices for the first 3-6 months production on these new wells.

BNE cashflow was terrible in Q1 and yes production is higher in Q2 but commmodity prices are lower as well.

Do you really think BNE will FCF 25m a quarter for next 3 quarters in order to FCF 40-50 for the year?

I am not basing BNE that it will go broke but it likely will have FCF equal capex when 2023 is done.

Isnt 90-100 WTI like 2022 and BNE had an unsustainably low capex in 2022 in order to FCF so well.
