Same reason the stock is only $.02. It is high risk. He's got stock options.
Doesn't change the fact that Saltarelli came. He hasn't left despite career options. Chiesi and the world's largest healthcare company(ie, J&J) are here. Armistice Capital wanted in.

Doesn't take much to see the potential for a Saltarelli here.
