RE:Nat gas price turning higher?The DPR just came out, and it predicts an increase from May to June of 256 million cubic feet per day.
The problem is that the last one predicted an increase of 332 million cubic feet per day from April to May . Yet that never happened. This has become a rather recurring event. On that basis, I believe that with the lower rig count, production will now steadily decrease . If for some reason it should not do so, then I am sure the industry will cut more rigs as necessary. OTOH , I doubt very much that those already idled rigs will be returning any time soon !!
