No action on here. Has everyone left? Just sell and take their 14 cents and run to greener pastures.

The stock is sitting as a dead issue. According to this press release excerpt it will likely remain that way until the end of June -- and how long after that -- with what in the future?

"ATAC will make further announcements regarding the Meeting and closing of the Transaction, which are expected to take place in late Q2."
