Yes because someone is looking for a cheap buyin opportunity. They are looking for weak hands. Smart ones will buy more. The players are selling and buying back cheaper to create down pressure because right now, with volume low they are in control... Have seen this many times. No reason to panic. This stock has great potential... need to be patient.
