Christy Wyatt Made A Bad Deal In spite Absolute Software experiencing a major improvement in their financial performance, the company is being sold to the Americans, notably Crosspoint Capital Partners.
With the company sold for $11.50 US or $15.52 Canadian per share, Christy Wyatt and Absolute Software Board of Directors made a terrible deal.
Its no wonder why David Kwan and TD Securities dramatically lowered the target price from $16.00 US per share to a mere $11.50 a share.
What was Christy Wyatt thinking in selling the company to Americans and risk being rejected from the Canadian Government due to security concerns, and not keep it in Canada.
Shame on Christy Wyatt and Absolute Software management.
