RE:RE:RE:RE:Sidebet here for you

RE:RE:RE:RE:Sidebet here for yousidebet , the transaction is still not fully calculated in my mind lol...you have two scenarios here ..

we gave up 50 % of everything for 1.2 billion plus ...now what did we get for that a partener with money and no dilution ..so that's the big question as shareholders what do you want someone with money or bring your share count up drasticaly with dilution ...we needed 800 million to build this thing and if we needed to get it with dilution then we lose that way as for every 100,000,000 of cash needed it's ruffly 30 million share addition ..therefore 10% increase in shares per 100 million..we know there's lots of gold in the ground but you don't get paid for uncovered ounces ...it's the same as inferred ounces have no value ..you never get your full value but we have no choice and have to live with the decision

think of it this way Gladiator has a great potential , could be another Windfall ...but there is only 390,000 ounces that have value you don't get paid for potential onces ...

the reason Osisko spent so much money drilling Windfall with 31 drills is because they learnt from there giveway at Malartic as one section had 400,000 ounces with great potential but work wasn't completed to prove up onces and only to have been right it ended up with way over 4- million onces ...shareholders lost out ..

Bontera isn't doing shareholders any favors by not turning inferred ounces to M&I ... and for the mill it has no value for Osisko now that there initial plan is set out for Windfall priorities ..

so what does Bontera hold right now for value 524,000 ounces at Barry and 390,000 ounces at Gladiator in the M&I categories ..I know you don't want to hear that but that's what i see ..

another note $75 million for exploratin over 5-7 years isn]t much money ..we all know how much both Bontera and Osisko spent as at $400.00 a meter that's only 187.500 meters

the camp is now set with Osisko going to be a producer and even MAP said by 2025 in his interview lol but the positive for Bontera is it could all change with one exploration hole ...i just don't like that Bontera is shying way from bringing more value to Barry and Gladiator with converting onces to value onces ...i'm wishing the best to all investors don't wish losses on anybody ..

before i go another example our Intergra got sold out for peanuts by incompetant management and now there pouring 170,000 ounces a year ...it's frustrating but unfortunately it's part of the game..glta
