Stocks close higher Wednesday, Dow surges 400 points

Stocks close higher Wednesday, Dow surges 400 pointsTime to buy stocks again?? I'm not sure what the market is using to support this. Rates are still high, inflation in Canada went up, so expect the Bank of Candaa to raise rates. US are going to keep rates high. The Bank failures are not over. Bank credit is tightening. Lumber prices have collapsed which is an indication of an impending crash to the housing market. Salaries have gone up which is not good for inflation. If anyone is participating in these rallies, they are day traders since the general trend to the end of 2023 and into 2024 will be down. Sell in May and go away.
