The 2-Aces property is situated approximately 32 km southeast of the Town of Barkerville, British Columbia (B.C.), Canada. It owns an interest in the 3,599-hectare Keithley Creek property situated approximately 30 km south of the Town of Barkerville, B.C., Canada.

WTF's going on here?!?! Wash/Rinse/Repeat.. Is this a joke?In  2017 this crew acquired the Bonanza claims and subsequently did sweet buggger all on them, then in 2021 ...

"During the year ended May 31, 2021, the Company wrote off the $43,962 carrying value of the property as there were no immediate plans for exploration activities"

then ...

"During the Company’s third quarter of fiscal 2022 the Bonanza Lake claims anniversary dates expired and the Issuer allowed the claims to lapse."

Now ...

HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc. ...announces that is has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ... to purchase three properties (the “Property”) located on the northern end of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. ...The three properties are the same claims that formed HAWKEYE’s original Bonanza property"
