You have done a great job laying out how China developed a long term plan to manage their vanadium resources. It demonstrates what could be done if you have the political will. Easier when you don't have to play politics with infrastructure based on the whims of an election cycle. Maybe now China and Russia will weaponize vanadium like the US does the dollar; who knows what the future holds.
Hopefully China's success implimenting this strategy lays out a roadmap for the potential of vanadiium in energy storage. I believe in that story, even if I have little confience in the management team at Largo right now (but as the market is showing, who does).
Things turn around, like this company has since it traded near $20; since management can't do a worse job then they have since then, there is no point selling close to what must be a bottom. Good luck to all.
