Alternate Symbol(s):  MXROF

Max Resource Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company advancing the newly discovered district-scale wholly owned Sierra Azul Copper-Silver Project in Colombia and its wholly owned Floralia Hematite Iron Ore Project in Brazil. The Sierra Azul Project is a district-scale copper-silver project spanning 120-km along the 200-km-long Cesar Basin in the mining region of northeastern Colombia. The Project consists of 20 mining concessions spanning over 188 square kilometers (km2). Its exploration is focused on three districts at Sierra-Azul: AM District, Conejo District, and URU District. The Floralia Hematite Iron Ore Project is located 70 km southeast (SE) of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The Floralia Hematite open cut is of significant size consisting of five benches rising to 48 meter (m) and 160 m in width revealing plunging bands of hematite iron ore at the base, and sub-horizontal banding at the top of the open cut and is open in all directions.

REEF COPPER

REEF COPPERI'm really convinced South America has the disposition of,
Reef Copper.

All along it's coastal shore ( western ) is riddled with copper
deposits. All deposits are about the same distance inland.

Lower regions may have indifferent copper, but the northern
region has lots of, malachite.

What's the malachite formula ?
Malachite is the another copper carbonate hydroxide mineral with chemical formula [Cu2CO3(OH)2]

There it is, carbonate.
Where would the caebonate come from ?
Coal ore body displacing it's carbon in water, reefs absorbing it
and converting the reef copper to, malachite.

Test your skills....
What type of minerals are seen in this, specimen ?

If you guessed carbonate iton and copper,
you guessed right.

Now, let's look at a global map where significant
copper deposits are located.
See anything remarkable ?
Yes, all near coastal or former flood regions,
which point to, reef ( genesis formations.

.
As one can see, there's significant evidence that supports
reef copper,  deposits.

My other hunch is, much of the magnesium, silver,
maganese,  and silica, and silica sands are still evident
with in, Colombias copper specimens - some converted
to carbonate, while some sila sands converted to silicic acid
in which is processed by organisms on the reef, to weld,
or rebuild the minerals into, secondary, mineralized rock.

Silica quartz
Silica sands
Silicic acid ( solubilized silica )
Digestion of organisms
Reweld / new rock formations

Here's a photo from Max's website.
I'm seeing iron oxide, silica tran
