CSH, EXE and SIA ComparisonSeems that fundamentals have improved at all three long term care and senior living facilities, but the Yields are slightly different for now.
CSH and EXE are both Yielding 6.7%.
Sienna has a current Yield of 8.15%.
I'm not sure why Sienna hasn't played catch up in share price yet, but it needs to be trading at $14 per share to Yield 6.7% like CSH and EXE.
I don't see any reason why it shouldn't, as fundamentals have improved and should continue to do so.
Any thoughts?
