Touchstone Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of petroleum and natural gas exploration, development, acquisition and production. The Company is active in onshore properties located in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It operates Trinidad-based upstream petroleum and natural gas activities under state exploration and production licenses with the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI), Lease Operatorship Agreements (LOAs) with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited and private subsurface and surface leases with individual landowners. It is focused on onshore oil and natural gas properties located in southern Trinidad. With interests in approximately 145,000 net working interest acres of core exploration and development rights. Its core focus is on exploration and development on the Ortoire block and development production on its five onshore lease operatorship properties (CO-1, WD-4, WD-8, Fyzabad, and Balata East).

I will never rule out a "PM low ball buyout" as this is how the majors stay majors; meaning we have (allegedly) seen the role of one major proximal to Coho engage slow walking; and while not out in the open one might SPECULATE what types of "neferious" activity others might be engaged in that might be designed to "edificate" the (some say still nieve after 10+ years of Trinidom) upstart how things might work against a SUCCESSFUL upstart with aspirations to connect to NGC's gas network.

e.g. Did any one believe that the last fund raise was not a result of any such activity?

Meanwhile, Not much (reportable) activity going on so a review of the topics being discussed on some of the other boards. except for activity of Coremark on Monday the 15th, (possibly) amounting to a "pseudo cross". We might recall their role in a 3mln share activity in the past.

A cross might be for any of a myriad of reasons; up to and including the "zero net sum" wrt PPS disruption which may or may not be suggested by another broker also active post facto the "pseudo cross". See bottom of trading summary where the 100k was broken in 25k, 25k & 50k with the others "designed" to cover their activity or just simply a broker moving their treasury shares to the accounts of their "A" listed clients with the impending June 30th milestone.
