While I hope you are correction, unfortunately past history does not support. gagnon has shown time and time again he is not capable to deliver in a timely fashion, from his failures to improve company performance (2022 q3 and q4 results), his treatment of shareholders, 2 years of consistent decreased stock valuations, PGX plant, heart study and so on.

Everything you have stated are just pie in the sky things that should happened before
