Now, compared to AXE, who was awarded C$5mm from same SDTC for CTI Marwayne.
In my brutally honest opinion, AXE shoulda have been awarded $100mm and BHP $5mm (or a little bit more). {sarcasm} HA
Lucky guys. I recall BPH's hostile takeover of PotashCO. Bid was rejected by BOD, then shareholders, then Investment Canada stonewall BHP to finally abandon the bid.
