To clarify, the PP was disclosed last year but SM used "fancy language" to make it sound like something else. On April 24, the company came cleaned and confirmed that all along, what they were working was a PP with an advisor to the company. I guess complaints to IIROC and the TSXV can have a positive outcome when we'll articulated and specific.
