Perhaps they have a tenuous debt situation and it's the only thing they can do to avoid filing for bankruptcy. The market cap would suggest that Onehealth is close to bankruptcy so this might be one last grasp of air before they make their final push to stay alive. WELL has a bunch of tools they can throw at these clinics (revenue cycle management, referral systems, AI applications, digital triaging, etc) that will immediately assist with the bottom line (all of these applications were still be developed and not online yet for MCI when you look at their press releases describing them as kind of aspirations). I think the ten million is yet another modest under-promise as management is good at managing expectations on those issues as we all know.
