Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Ironically they point out ( quite correctly I might add),  that the market is greatly underappreciating Spectral's probability of success, and yet they themselves are supposed to be one of the main vehicles to getting the word out to the market. 

At least they should be, if they are being used to help raise future funds.  

Maybe the CRO isn't the only thing that needs shaking up ?
