I'm guessing most of these BPO shares (A,C,E,G,|,N,P,R,T...) were not given opportunity to trade, and that's why they still here. Maybe some other BPO prefs had a term for such (trade), but these probably didn't/don't and instead had a term of redemption for $25.

All just my opinion/view/understanding/guessing.... could be wrong.
