RE:RE:I would say that the resignations and lawsuitsConstructive dismissal suggests that somebody cares enough about this entity to bring the hammer down and they feel that they have a reason.

It is the "normalcy" of huge renumeration whether they win, lose or draw that irks me.

Failure to file reports as required is business 101 failure that even grade 10 students  understand.

This type of guaranteed winner for a startup company is ourtageous.  I'm allright with incentived renumeration for a job well done as long as the shareholders are put first.

The type of management that endorses this "me first" attitude needs to be checked by securites people charged with keeping things fair and square or they are going to kill this essential last chance fundraising vehicle for start-ups.

This and marketmakers and shortsellers are killing small startups of good potential before they even have a chance to get traction.
