Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Of course ! 

Which is why I and others have been pounding the table on more US exposure  starting with OTC-QX and more. When the demand supply equation is broke, you must fix it. 

One way means more dilution.  The other likely means way more dilution than is necessary. However, for a Phase 3b confirmatory trial that is exceeding all expectations, and where the need is great, there will always be someone willing to step up  and take advantage of the situation.
