Implied share price from NBF

Implied share price from NBFAt 90 us wti 83% upside.At 60 US wti 32% downside.Dont see 60 wti as a article I read said most shale in us have to have 63 wti just to break even.As for 90 here comes the second half of 2023.I am happy at 80
