RE:Concerning Q1IMO there is much more to consider than the Income Statement. The Cash Flow Statement is much more useful because depreciation is a non cash expense (for tax purposes only). Current debt, avg. lease term, type of leases, cap rates, are better indicators of the quality of management.
See my previous posts here about SOT. Unless you feel that all the office real estate managers ar terrible, their challenges were blindsiding. It is currently dragging SGR down which provides an opportunity to take advantage, IMO.
