New Pemex oil refinery to again miss production launchThe Mexican Olmeca refinery start date of July '23 is now pushed back, as construction is not quite complete.

Once operational, this refinery will displace 340kbpd of the Mexican medium heavy sours now heading to the USCG refiners, putting a further bid under Canadian crude and tightening our differentials.
