They had pulled the rollback in Dec 2019 when the stock spiked up to 10 cents from a low of 2 cents, vitiating the need for consolidation due to the low stock price. In the ensuing two years, the stock had fallen back to 3 cents recently. They need money desperately. I recalled you said $3.0 million raised in 2020 were more than enough for drilling. You were dead wrong. Money ran out. The $2.0 million raised recently will not go far paying for CF lab costs and endless work.
