Why is the price down so much on a million shares? That is about the number of shares sold since a week ago past monday.
So in 10 days the price is gone from .30 to .25 on a small number of shares.
I read on this board that they started drilling last Friday. I have no idea if that is a fact or not. It was an anonymous poster stating that they heard.
If they started drilling , why don't they announce this? Why are they keeping quiet. Even DoumdiDoum who I think I have an idea of who they are... Not posting.
The intital announcement of the funding stated that it was anticipated that insiders "may" participate in the finanacing.
The announcement of the initial $3 million in the financing did not mention insiders participating. And Sedi confirms that if they did they have not yet reported.
Why are there no announcements of actual drilling? Why i the price drifting so low and the response is silence?
The last announcement of the $3 million financing stated they expect to close the financing within the next two weeks. We have not reached that point yet. That will be on May 29.
So I expect an announcement soon.
PS. one downfall of private placements that has hurt me in the past. I wasn't and am not a sophisticated trader. But I didn't realize how to short.
So my experience. I bought a stock at .10. It went up to around .40. I bought into a placement at .25 with warrants at .40. The shares had a 4 month and one day hold. That stock went up to over $2.00. But my shares had a hold. (a better trader would have known how to take advantage of this). So I could not sell is the short story. Even though I was up 800% on the shares. And the warrants were in the money $1.60 so another 600%. I was up 1400% in months.
By the time I could sell, after 4 months,... it was back down to high 30's. I sold. The stock eventually went to zero. I did ok. I initially paid .10. But.....my paper profits went down about 90% because of the hold period.
Just felt like rambling.
I wonder what the placement will be closed at.
Good luck....
