well yes,they are using the words and phrases in news releases like "groundbreaking " and "exceptional" and "beyond even our high expectations" .
It points to something special ,and now a reputable high quality consulting team joins on

.
The consulting team likely has done some basic due diligence ,would not want to tarnish themselves in reputation one would think.

Seems last person to figure it out is "Mr Market",but sooner or later I expect he will rapidly join too.
