Yikes.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And i thought that Canopy s/h were in a bad place and was about to release some VERY BAD news on this Dreaded Friday ..............LMAO. WoW.....Just Wow.......did Tilray just out-do Canopy for that lovely prize right there....lol. Wow that dilution is JUST massive.......
Well folks......this should be a surprise something like this would happen at some point in this sad saga. This guys haven't been profitable since the start really & are so desperate for liquidity that they will do ALL & ANYTHING to survive this awfully prolonged drought.........to avoid BK. And Tilray mgmt JUST did that with yesterday's "SURPRISE" news release. It was either that OR some form of Chapter 11 & creditor protection later down the road. But baby ......did they do a number on their poor s/h lol.
I can see the Class Action folks a mile away, now mobolizing & prepping their footsoldiers for the inevitable suits that are to come........My Oh My what an intricate web (and mess!!! lol) we weave....One can't just but feel some "sympathy" for the s/h of both Canopy & Tilray as this seems like a bad rerun of a Schwarzenenagger flick Running Man and both a real race to the bottomless pit of dying penny stocks AND for s/h to run, hide and get away with their lves LOL......
But as bad as i feel for you guys .....nothing will stop the stocks of BOTH companies for being completely smashed & slaughtered over the next few days........And i hope many of you had the good sense to GTFO before all this meSS hit the literal fan. You guys DID have ample time and many opportunities to GTHO before all this came to light....
